I had a new character that did not show the legend lost sector from today. Went to the EDZ and ran it once and as soon as I did and went back to the entrance the icon was there to start the legend version. Just ran it 4 times and got the new titan exotic.

These Lost Sectors can be challenged only if you are above 1200 Power. If you switch to below 1200 Power they will disappear from your map and the flags will as well. Even if it doesn't show up as possible rewards, it does still drop exotics (shitty rng of course). I think you need yo be above 1800 for the Legend LS to show.
